About
Andrea Jean (DeVriendt) is an Indie singer/songwriter based out of New York City. Born and raised in Madison, WI she studied musical theater in Chicago and began performing gigs at Chicago music venues. Since 2017 she has performed all over the USA in many shows including Ring of Fire, The Medora Musical, Dollywood, Diva's Through The Decades and others. She has now been working the music scene as both a performer and songwriter and is currently performing in the New York City area.
She's been featured on Buzz Music, Nash News, We Write About Music and has played gigs across the country including Chicago, Illinois, Wisconsin, Tennessee and New York.
Taking on influences of country, folk and pop she has been described as a "fresh, raw and soulful" Urban Cowgirl with smooth easy vocals and honest lyrics that are authentic and soul touching.
Andrea Jean released her first single titled “Cowboy Man” in November 2022. Her second single "City Girl Magic" was released in November 2023 and her anticipated EP will be released in late 2024.
